Items that have been changed or disassembled for testing will not be available for return. Items that are not the original component that was sent will not be reimbursed. PARTS ARE IDENTIFIED UNIQUELY BY MARKINGS ON THE PART. Goods not returned in their original condition (except goods damaged in shipment and confirmed by a Grand Central Auto Parts employee) will not be reimbursed.
To verify an issue with a specific item or installation, ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING VIA MAIL, EMAIL, OR FAX.
Please tell our customer service department if you receive a broken or incorrect part. DO NOT RETURN THE PART UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN RMA. The client is in charge of returning the component, and when it is returned, Grand Central Auto Parts must be given with a return tracking number. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA. When we are contacted, we will offer the return address. Parts must be sent back to the address specified when the RMA was issued. Items returned to Grand Central Auto Parts will be sent at the customer's cost to the right location stated on the RMA instructions. We would gladly give a full refund on the original purchase price or send a new component once the item is returned. When an item is returned, it is reviewed, and if approved, a credit request is issued to accounting. Once the returned part has been confirmed and examined, customer reimbursements are granted.
